After getting on the car, the first step is to adjust the seat height according to your height, maintain sufficient clearance between your head and the car (at least one fist distance), prevent encountering bumpy roads, and do not let your line of sight be too low. At the same time, relax your elbows and shoulders, and hold the steering wheel about 10 centimeters lower than your shoulders.
2. Front and rear adjustment of seat:
Step on the clutch with your left foot and press the brake pedal (brake) with your right foot to the bottom. At this point, you can continue to bend down and exert force. At this point, the front and rear positions of the seat are appropriate.
3. Seat backrest adjustment:
When your shoulders are resting on the backrest of the seat, extend your arms and place your wrist on the upper edge of the steering wheel, bending your elbows to a certain degree. Adjust the backrest according to this standard. No matter what angle the steering wheel is rotated, your arms can respond with a powerful bending posture. If the above standards are not met, please raise the backrest upright. If the seat does not have lumbar support function, you can buy a small cushion to support it behind the waist.
4. Seat headrest adjustment:
The height of the headrest should be level with the upper edge of the auricle, or the centerline of the headrest should be exactly aligned with the eyebrow line. The smaller the distance between the head and headrest, the greater the cushioning and protective effect of the headrest on the head and neck. This spacing is at most the width of 2-3 fingers combined. In addition, we can also install neck pillows on the seats to better protect the neck.
